New "Specialty Classes"
Boot Camp- Will now be offered 4 times a week with Personal Trainer, Darrin Whitt or Robert Moriarty Monday evening at 4:00-4:45pm,Friday at 4:15-5:00pm, Saturday morning at 7:30am, & now SUNDAY at 9am! (indoors aerobics room).
Boot Camp classes are $5 per member per class, 5 class pass for $25, or 10 class pass for $45
Stop by the front office or see Fitness Director to purchase your class pass cards and pick up your one free Boot Camp pass! * please see detailed procedure instructions below for attending Boot camp classes.
Absoute-Core-Combining a bit of each - good nutrition education session, aerobic exercise and core specific strengthening - will go a long way to give you those strong, flat and functional abs.
This class is offered as a "small group training" lead by a certified Personal Trainer. *A small fee of $5.00 per class with class pass per members or $7.00 non-members! - New class!
Procedure for Specialty Classes
Morning & SUNDAY Boot Camp or Ab-Solute Core
Participants must check in with Instructor prior to taking class by paying for individual class $5, (cash only, exact amount due) hand class pass card to instructor to sign & date, or by single use free class pass for "first time participants" ONLY. Participant must sign in on Boot Camp class attendance sign in sheet.
Evening Boot Camp
Participants must check in at front desk to pre-pay for class, hand class pass card to Manager/Sales Assistant to sign, or by single use free class pass for "first time participants" ONLY. Please check in with front office before going to aerobics room to participate in class. May pay by Cash, check, or credit card if paying at front office.
This helps us properly track attendance and keeps it fair for all members who have paid to take the class. We appreciate your cooroperation, Thankyou!
