We had a great experience at the Panama City Rescue Mission on Saturday! We also had a great turn out, 6 Adults and 7 young people! It's a very humbling experience to serve those less fortunate. We had the opportunity to help rearrange a couple of food storage areas, the young people helped wash dishes and then they helped served lunch. It was great to see them just jump in there and start helping out!

Join our RELAY FOR LIFE Team - We are looking for team members who want to help us in the fight against cancer! Every penny counts, every walker is needed and necessary, EVERY person affected by cancer deserves, needs, and wants a CURE!
Gym Manager and Relay Team Captain, Kara Darouse says that the fight against cancer has always been near and dear to her heart as she has had two grandpa's pass away from two different forms of cancer. More recently, cancer has affected Kara as she watched Anytime Fitness Salesman (and her fiance) Jay Cichon's dad battle and and succumb to Lung Cancer in October 2011. This is what drives Kara and Jay to RELAY.
BodyPump Instructor, Givanna Abner was diagnosed with Breast Cancer in October 2011. She inspires us everyday through her strength and courage as she fights this disease. She is what drives us to Relay!

This year's Relay For Life WALK will be held at the Callaway Sports Complex on April 13th and 14th.
